NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 5 day of December 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-56189, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JUAN MALDONADO; PETRA MALDONADO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at, www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 19, UNIT 5, WILLOW LAKE ADDITION 1, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 155 THROUGH 162, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
