NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of December 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07081, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO LONG BEACH MORTGAGE COMPANY BY OPERATION OF LAW is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. COFFEEN, CAROLYN L. COFFEEN, JOHN DOE #1 N/K/A MUSIERO GUZMAN, JOHN DOE #1 A/K/A MUSIERO GUZMAN, JOHN DOE #2 N/K/A JOSE GARCIA, , SUE ANN RUEL and RICHARD W. RUEL, JR. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at, www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, ROSEMARY PARK NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
