Lot 18, Block 7, of that certain unrecorded subdivision known as Imperial Shores, Unit No. 1, according to the map thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Official Records Book 53, Page(s) 128, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the Southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, from the Southeast corner of said fraction of a section, run North 1Ëš44'10” West along the East line thereof for 1250.03 feet; thence run South 89Ëš46'10” West parallel with the South line of said section for 1295 feet to the Point of beginning of the lands herein described.
From said Point of Beginning continue South 89Ëš46'10” West for 75 feet; thence run South 00Ëš13'50” East perpendicular to the said South line for 128 feet more or less to the waters of a boat canal; thence run Easterly along said waters to an intersection with a line perpendicular to the said South line, bearing South 00Ëš13'50” East passing through the Point of Beginning; thence run North 00Ëš13'50” West perpendicular to the said South line for 128 feet more or less to the Point of beginning.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are true from centerline survey of State Road No. S865 (Bonita Beach Road).
