Final Judgment was awarded on February 19, 2010 in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-063475, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN DEMOSS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 4, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 28, UNIT 2, PALMONA PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 PAGES 56 AND 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
