NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 29, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-004101 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ENGLISH VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Virginia Bonachea, Unknown Spouse of Virginia Bonachea, and Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Fla. Stat. 45 at 9:00 am, on the 30 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1-D of ENGLISH VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in OR Book 1529, Page 2347, inclusive, and as amended thereto, and being further described by plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 129-132, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
