NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 15, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-056588 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CARMEN A. ALVAREZ, HOME OWNERSHIP RESOURCE CENTER OF LEE COUNTY, INC. and CURRENT RESIDENT are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 5 day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 27 Block A Palm Terrace as Recorded in Plat Book 34 Pages 28 and 29, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
