NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order to reschedule the foreclosure sale filed November 29, 2011, and entered in 2010-CA-053531 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p., is a Plaintiff and ellen psoinas fisher, unknown spouse of ellen psoinas fisher n/k/a peter fisher, mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. as nominee for first magnus financial corporation c/o, john doe n/k/a johnson corgelas, jane doe n/k/a asmite corgelas are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for via online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on December 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 38, REPLAT OF TRACT W UNIT 4, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 212, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
