NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on December 5, 2011, by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 10-CA-059774, I will sell at public sale on January 5, 2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property described on Exhibit “A” hereto as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.

A tract or parcel of land lying in the southeast quarter (SE-1/4) of Section 36, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, City of Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 36 run S 88Ëš 50' 50” W along the south line of said section for 170.00 feet to an intersection with the westerly line of the former Seaboard Air Line Railroad right-of-way as described in Deed Book 102 at Page 245, Lee County Records; thence run N 00Ëš 30' 38” W along said westerly line for 1677.54 feet to the southeast corner of Oak Ridge Park, Plat Book 36 at Page 127, Lee County Records; thence run S 88Ëš.50' 50” W along the south line of said subdivision for 718.00 feet to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence run N 00Ëš 30' 38” W along a westerly line of said subdivision for 147.67 feet; thence run S 88Ëš 55' 24” W along the south line of Oak Ridge Court for 375.05 feet to the east line of Evans Avenue, and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel.
From said Point of Beginning run N 88Ëš 55' 24” E along the last mentioned course for 375.05 feet; thence run S 00Ëš 30' 38” E along a west line of said subdivision for 147.67 feet to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence run S 88Ëš 50' 50” W along the north line of Evans Swamp Subdivision, Plat Book 32 at Page 13 for 360.52 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Evans Avenue; thence run along said easterly right-of-way line, along the arc of a curve to the right of radius 470.87 feet (delta 13Ëš 51' 51”) (chord 113.66 feet) (chord bearing N 07Ëš 45' 19” W) for 113.94 feet to a point of tangency; thence run N 00Ëš 49' 23” W for 35.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
