NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-015027 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Tryst Company, As Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Yeney Duenas-Fernandez a/k/a Yeney Duenas, Lazaro Fernandez a/k/a Lazaro F. Capiro a/k/a Lazaro Fernandez Capiro, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK 78, UNIT 11, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 26, TOWHSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
