NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-051664 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWABS,INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS SISK the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 4 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND 13, SECTION 1, UNIT 2, BLOCK 8, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LAKEVILLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 298, PAGE 303.
