NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 6, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-004100 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ENGLISH VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Kevin Stoughton, Monica Stoughton, and Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Fla. Stat. 45 at 9:00 am, on the 6 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3F, English Village Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as OR Book 1529, Page 2347 through 2373, inclusive as amended by instrument recorded in OR Book 1538, Page 1868 through 1869, as further amended by that instrument recorded in OR Book 1547, Page 716 through 717, and as further amended by that instrument recorded in OR Book 1702, Page 3777 through 3778, and OR Book 1814, Page 3162, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and also according to the plans thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 129 through 132, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
