Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 6 day of December, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-002539, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CHAMPIONS GREEN CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARIAN R. HUFFMAN N/K/A MARIAN R. CORDISCO and PAVESE LAW FIRM A/K/A PAVESE, HAVERFILED, FALTON, HARRISON & JENSON, L.L.P. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 6 day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit No. 108 in Building No. 1 of Champions Green III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000442736, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
