NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 6 day of December, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-003711 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which GULF HIDEAWAY I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOLANA DLASKOVA and UNKNOWN TENANT I n/k/a MATTHEW HARRIS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 6 day of January, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Unit No. 1, Building E, of GULF HIDEAWAY I, A CONDOMINUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4693, Page 291, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
