Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 5th day of June, 2009, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016227 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and EVARISTO RONDON, MINELLY V. GARCIA, BETHANY TRACE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, BETHANY TRACE, PHASE 1-A, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, AT PAGE 83 THROUGH 85 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
