ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and CARLOS HERNANDEZ A/K/A CARLOS H. HERNANDEZ; NORA ELIZABETH HERNANDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
