NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 9, 2011, and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-067615 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-19CB, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-19CB, is the Plaintiff and SUONG PHAN; TIMBER LAKE AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THREE OAKS I MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KATHY SCHWAB; TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT SANDGREN; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
