NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 8, 2011, and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-052963 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT BUNTING A/K/A ROBERT C BUNTING; ELEANOR E. BUNTING; THE ESTERO BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LEE COUNTY; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

C-308, THE ESTERO BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1357, PAGE 125 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 366, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
