NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Re-Setting the Foreclosure filed December 9, 2011, and entered in 2009-ca-060625 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., is the Plaintiff and cheryl wessel, john doe aka thomas wessel are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 9 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
