NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-059215 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee of WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR5 , Plaintiff and Inga Balciuniene and Olegas Balciunas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, January 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 2677, CAPE CORAL UNIT 38, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 93, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
