BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA countrywide home loans SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and clercinise fleurant a/k/a clereinise fleoroeut; ______ FLEURANT, unknown spouse of CLERCINISE FLEURANT a/k/a CLEREINISE FLEOROEUT, if married; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 6 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 27 and 28, in block 13, unit 3, of pine manor, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 10, at page 93, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
