NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 7 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-051008, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and BROOKE SANZARI, CAVENDISH SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BROOKE SANZARI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT # 103B AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/16TH SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CAVENDISH SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1795, PAGE 2170, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
