NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-052788 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida.
DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3is Plaintiff and LARRY RAJCOK; KAREN RAJCOK; RAYMOND G. BRUNEEL, P.A.; ; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 6 day of January, 2012, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 9, Unit 3, Of leigh ACRES, Section 20, Township South, Range 27 East, according to the plat thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 15, at page 26, Public Records of Lee County
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
