NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 8 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-055414, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HY06 TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOSE MACHADO, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, JERIZ MARKHAM-MACHADO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3450, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 67 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25 PAGE(S) 57 THROUGH 65, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
