NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 9, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 2006-CA-1700 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB4, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE W. NEAL A/K/A GEORGE NEAL; MARY ANN NEAL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS,INC.. D/B/A AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; TENANT #1 N/K/A MERCEDES ORTEGA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
