Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-14 the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM E. DACEY III, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 9 day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
