Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 26th day of July, 2010, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-018143, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website, http://www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF FLORIDA AS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 785, UNIT 22, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
