Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed by the court on February 8, 2011 in Case No.: 07-CA-010431 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Susan K. Denison n/k/a Susan K. Ramsey and Alex W. Ramsey, Riverwind Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., John Doe and Jane Doe are Defendants, on January 9, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 64, RIVERWIND COVE, PHASE II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 95 through 97, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
