NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-019677 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank N.A. as Trustee forWashington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE2 Trust, Plaintiff and Altagracia Brea are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 70 AND 71, BLOCK 36, UNIT 3, FORST MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
