NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 12 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069622, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS,INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006- HYB 2 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-HYB2 is the Plaintiff and NICOLE T. HARCOURT A/K/A NICOLE TRUELLE HARCOURT, ROBERT S. WOHCZAK A/K/A ROBERT STEPHAN WOJCZAK, AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, THE VILLAGES AT THE DUNES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, PHASE III, THE DUNES AT SANIBEL ISLAND, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 104 TO 114, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
