Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 30, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 64-C, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 9 THROUGH 11, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4648, PAGE 1770 AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4925, PAGE 1050; O.R. BOOK 5284, PAGE 617 AND O.R. BOOK 8532, PAGE 101, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2842 HIGHLANDS BOULEVARD APT C, PALM HARBOR, FL 34684; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
