NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-012515-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB5, Plaintiff and Carole Ann Masek are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: TRACT 9, THE EASTERLY 50 FEET OF LOT 5, TOGETHER WITH THE WESTERLY 20 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 146.0 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 78, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS FILED FOR RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 0H1, PAGE 1A, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, ON MARCH 29, 1888, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 10.0 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
