NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-015545 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of June 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE4, Plaintiff and John M. Comuntzis and Hope D. Comuntzis, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE FOLLOWING PORTION OF LOT 7, COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING AND THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST, 8.00 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 7; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 02 SECONDS EAST 26.44 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT 7; THENCE SOUTH 16 DEGREEES 27 MINUTES 19 SECONDS EAST 27.59 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 7, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 1, BRINKMAN'S PINEBROOK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, ON PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
