NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 5, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-001518-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2006-2, Plaintiff and Edward John Wetzel and Teresa L. Wetzel, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on February 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, SUN KETCH TOWNHOMES AT VENETIAN ISLES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 59 AND 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
