NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 30, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-002083-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc., Asset- Backed Certificates, Series 2005-04, Plaintiff and Elizabeth Berdeski are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT H-107, THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14128, PAGE 301, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
