NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-016044-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-6 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-6, Plaintiff and Christine Mangels are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 44, CAMPBELL GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
