NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-017065, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA A. MAYBERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA MAYBERRY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, UNIT 2 OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order 2010-045 PA/PI-CIR
