NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 102, Building 18, of WINDING CREEK V, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5188, Pages 1710 through 1763, as amended in O.R. 5406, Page 1146; O.R. 5406, Page 1148; O.R. 5460, Page 1149 and O.R. 5406, Page 1150, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 50, Pages 59 through 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Blvd. #18-102, Clearwater, Florida 33761
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 13, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
