NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10001897CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and BONNIE S. WARD, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter , to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK M OF LAKE ST GEORGE UNIT 11, LESS THAT PART DEEDED TO PINELLAS COUNTY AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8623, PAGE 2309, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
