GEER; JENNIFER D. GEER; NORTH LAKE OF TARPON SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT BUCHANAN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A COLLEEN BUCHANAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on January 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
