NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 15, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-022216-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and TERRY BELLWOOD A/K/A TERRY LEE BELLWOOD; THE YUM YUM TREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAN HOVING are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on January 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 3, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE YUM YUM TREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 91 AND 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JUNE 1, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4862, PAGES 498 THROUGH 536, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
