NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 306 of The Regency, A condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 91 and 92, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 4978, Page 1022, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via electronic sale in accordance with Florida Statute ยง45.031 (2008), on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
