NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered November 29, 2011, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 10, Building B, THE PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 137, Pages 1-7, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14366, Pages 833-889 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of January, 2012.
