YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to evict a tenant and to terminate the tenant's Leasehold Estate interest and to discharge and terminate liens and mortgages in said Leasehold Estate interest in real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 302, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, reservations, conditions, easements, terms, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of DISSTON REGENCY APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM and exhibits attached thereto all as recorded in O.R. Book 2920, Page 680, et seq., and together with such additions, and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be amended, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
