Lot 35, of an unrecorded plat of UNION PARK VILLAS, otherwise described as follows: From the Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, run thence North 0°08'48” East along the North and South center line 161.02 feet; thence South 89°15'23” East 511.73 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 89°15'23” East 46.0 feet, thence North 0°07'45” East 59.0 feet, thence North 89°15'23” West 46.0 feet; thence South 0°07'45” East 59.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, all lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
