NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 5th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08010007CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jean F. Barlow, Sylvette Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEING THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 430 IN BUILDING NO. 6363, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID APARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITION, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENT, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE SYLVETTE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4816, PAGES 1768 THROUGH 1849, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 70 THROUGH 76, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BE THE SAME MORE OR LESS, BUT SUBJECT TO LEGAL HIGHWAYS.
