NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 09, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-004361-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, CONSTANCE M. SIMMONS, DECEASED; MACKENZIE EVONN SIMMONS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CONSTANCE M. SIMMONS, DECEASED; JAMES C. SIMMONS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CONSTANCE M. SIMMONS, DECEASED; MASON JOSEPH SIMMONS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CONSTANCE M. BOOK 6131, PAGE 2099, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
