YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BAYPOINT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit 5, Building B, BAYPOINT PLAZA APARTMENTS, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 3153, Page 534, also according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, page 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 6100 12th Street S, Bldg B, #105, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before January 17, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
