NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 702 as shown on Condominium Plat of SANSEAIR, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 19, Pages 110 through 121, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 18, 1974, in O.R. Book 4213, Pages 1025 through 1129, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part theref; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereof.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 3, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
