NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause by the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. N-101, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of 610 SEA ISLAND NORTH CONDOMINIUM III, as recorded in O.R. Book 3404, page 339 and amended in O.R. Book 3592, page 582, O.R. Book 3741, page 252; O.R. Book 4007, page 558; O.R. Book 4832, page 698; O.R. Book 5168, page 954; O.R. Book 6694, page 542; O.R. Book 6702, page 1089; O.R. Book 9794, page 669 and in O.R. Book 13264, page 1057, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, pages 65-68, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 19, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
