NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-019222-CI-08UCN: 522009CA019222XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3CB is Plaintiff and HAROLD A. ANDERSON A/K/A HAPPY ANDERSON; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS SUCCESSOR TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; THREE PALMS POINTE, INC., A CONDOMINIUM; TEMPERATURE SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IS SITUATED IN THE, COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 202E, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THREE PALMS POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 51 THROUGH 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 17, 1974 IN OR BOOK 4242, PAGES 1754 THROUGH 1842, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
